This role involves supervising assembly sites rather than convention- al construction sites—where precision, scheduling, and urgency are key to commercial success. The Junior Project Manager will support and coordinate project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, safety compliance, quality performance, and effective team collaboration.

To lead and coordinate on-site construction activities with disci- pline, efficiency, and a commitment to safety and quality — ensuring that work progresses according to plan, meets design and technical standards, and is delivered on time and within budget, while foster- ing strong teamwork and accountability among site crews.

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Senior Site Engineer provides technical expertise to execute assigned construction projects with support from other colleagues and management.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in driving this growth, by running the construction department. The primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate all aspects of the projects. As a Construction Manager, you will work closely with the design team, sub-contractors, craftsmen and external stakeholders to ensure that each project is completed to an exceptional quality, on time, within budget, and in compliance with acceptable green building standards.
