Embedded into a built-up residential neighbourhood and situated on a plot of 800m², this family residence extends over four levels to maximise on garden space and enable extensive views over the nearby Lake Victoria. Towards East, a defensive perforated Galana Stone façade was deployed in light of expected future developments.
The remainder of the house is finished with painted render and characterised by a playful composition of intersecting volumes and protruding bay windows. On the top floor, a large covered external living room makes the most of a spectacular 180-degree lake view.
